Job Summary
Engage with all customers to deliver a highly satisfied experience, embodying customer service principles and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness. Perform multi-tasking duties across multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to work a changing schedule, and ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
