Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, support shrink reduction goals, and participate in store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while promoting credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Starting pay is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour. Flexible schedule required.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
