Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, and support shrink reduction goals while adhering to all operational and loss prevention protocols. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. Maintain safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
