Retail Merchandise Associate Part Time

Retail Merchandise Associate handles customer interactions to deliver a highly satisfactory experience, accurately rings purchases/returns, processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include adhering to merchandising standards, promoting credit and loyalty programs, participating in store recovery, maintaining cleanliness, following labor laws and safety procedures, and assisting in shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibly supports business needs with the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
