Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business operations. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives while adhering to all labor laws and policies.
