Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform multi-tasking duties as assigned, including cross-training in multiple store areas to meet business demands. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs while maintaining a positive store culture grounded in honesty and respect.
