Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and following established merchandising procedures. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and provide or accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, capable of lifting heavy objects and multi-tasking in this retail role at a TJ Maxx store in Johnstown, PA.
