Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold merchandising standards. Initiate store recovery as needed, support shrink reduction goals, and participate in safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Adhere to all operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while providing and accepting constructive feedback. Located at HomeGoods in Lake Geneva, WI, this role offers a starting pay of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Flexible scheduling is required to support business needs.
