Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role is part of HomeGoods at TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. A flexible schedule is required to support business needs.
