Retail Merchandise Associate

Retail Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role involves adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards, potential cross-training across store areas, executing accurate checkout and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, participating in store recovery, and supporting safety and labor-compliance efforts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, multi-task, and lift heavy objects as needed; prior retail customer experience is a plus.
