Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Uphold merchandising standards by preparing merchandise for the sales floor, initiating store recovery as needed, and supporting shrink reduction goals. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while participating in safety awareness and accepting constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
