Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store; promotes credit and loyalty programs; processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor; participates in store recovery and safety, and supports shrink reduction goals. Exhibits honesty, integrity, and respect to contribute to a positive store culture; communicates effectively, adapts to changes, and collaborates with teammates to meet business needs.
