Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, support shrink reduction goals, and participate in store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while promoting credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained across multiple store areas to support business needs. Flexible schedule required to align with business demands.

- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
Desired Qualifications
