Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and merchandise standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change back according to procedures, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness while following all labor laws and policies. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the vibrant TJX family, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer with nearly 4,700 stores globally. Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule to support business needs.
