Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising philosophy while promoting credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
