Job Summary
In-store Retail Membership Sales Specialist responsible for selling AAA memberships, upselling upgrades and add-ons, engaging members through in-store interactions and outbound calls, welcoming new members, presenting promotions, documenting leads, and providing expert guidance on membership benefits. Willingness to assist with cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed. Requires strong sales and customer-service experience, effective communication, proficiency with multiple websites/programs, and compliance with pre-employment and ongoing screenings. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with company match, and other company initiatives. Location: Florence, KY; full-time schedule with no Sundays; in-store responsibilities and service-oriented role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales and customer service experience
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings (criminal, drug, and state/vendor-specific)
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform essential functions
