Job Summary
Drive in-store sales of AAA memberships and upgrades by engaging customers, presenting promotions, and guiding discussions on add-ons. Welcome new members, document leads accurately, and serve as the go-to source for membership inquiries while cross-selling opportunities. Provide backup support in cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable, and leverage strong communication and computer skills to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales and customer service experience
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings (criminal, drug, vendor-specific) and ability to obtain necessary Membership license or others as required
