Job Summary
Guide customers and referral sources through product orders in the showroom while utilizing insurance resources to answer inquiries about pricing, services, and availability. Maintain showroom inventory and organization to ensure a world-class customer experience. This entry-level role at Handi, a Top Workplace rated for 11 years, requires a high school diploma and two years of customer service experience. Compensation includes $20–$24 per hour plus commission, with full-time in-person hours Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to type 35 wpm
Desired Qualifications
- Two years related experience in customer service preferred
- Home medical equipment or supplies, wellness, retail, and/or healthcare experience a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
