Job Summary
Retail Media Internship: responsible for creating and optimizing PPC campaigns on retailer platforms to increase item visibility and profitability. Manage daily bid management and optimization, create and implement ads, conduct A/B testing of copy and images, and track/report ROAS. Own ACOS and ROAS goals; support on platform promotions and retailer media groups strategy (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy) and other retail managed ad buys. Requires strong communication, teamwork, analytical mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making. Training-oriented role suitable for someone hungry to learn with limited prior experience, and comfortable adapting to rapidly changing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Pay per click advertising experience preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Able to balance both creativity and analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite | PowerPoint Deck creation
- Excellent written & spoken communicator
- Detail and administration minded
- Strength to speak with candor
- Entrepreneurial spirit – the desire to learn quickly and learn continually
- At ease with and able to quickly adapt to varying technology and software
- Capable of overseeing a lot of moving pieces
