Retail Media Intern

Job Summary
Support the creation, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms by managing daily bids, monitoring performance, and assisting with budget activities. Track key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, and conversions to prepare performance reports and dashboards while analyzing data for optimization recommendations. Assist with A/B testing of creative elements, research competitor activity, and organize campaign materials to improve shopper engagement and conversion performance. Partner with digital, analytics, and account management teams on client initiatives to drive profitable growth. This internship provides hands-on experience in retail media, eCommerce advertising, and performance marketing within the Bluebird Group's omnichannel commerce team.
Required Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- Interest in digital marketing, retail media, eCommerce, or performance advertising
Desired Qualifications
- Internship, coursework, or project experience related to advertising, marketing, analytics, or business
- Exposure to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools
- Experience creating presentations or business recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision making
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms and software tools
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
