Retail Media Executive

Job Summary
Manage and optimise retail media campaigns including Sponsored Search and Display activations across non-Amazon networks like Walmart, Target, and Criteo. Ensure accurate delivery of client budgets while independently completing BAU tasks such as campaign builds, daily pacing, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign objectives and interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication to deliver actionable performance insights. Produce high-quality client-facing documents by analysing campaign data using advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills. Stay abreast of new tools and trends to continuously improve outcomes. This role supports a global digital marketing agency's strategy to reinvent media activation for diverse clients.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with search and/or display advertising campaigns (retail media, paid search, or paid social), preferably in an agency setting
- Soft skills familiar with agency environments and strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience, with the ability to pull, organise, and analyse campaign data to spot trends and produce high-quality, client-ready documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask
- An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
- Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback

Desired Qualifications
