Retail Master Club Fitter

Build golfer relationships and oversee sales efforts in the department by performing customer club fittings, repairs, and simulator services. Analyze golf sales reports to drive results in services areas like pre-owned and special orders, while training and certifying all club fitters on specialized selling techniques. Monitor sales, customer service, and operational efforts on the selling floor to ensure compliance with company policies and shrinkage goals. Manage department scheduling and teammate assignments, assisting store management with opening, closing, and coverage as assigned.
