Job Summary
Retail Marketing Manager for Grown Brilliance leads localized and cross-functional marketing efforts to drive foot traffic and store revenue across Leap's national retail fleet. Responsibilities include designing localized marketing campaigns, developing annual retail strategy, securing local partnerships and events, executing omnichannel activations (1:1 clienteling, SMS, email), collaborating with store teams to tailor local strategies, ensuring brand alignment across physical stores, and communicating ROI to leadership. Requires 5+ years in Retail/Field Marketing or Brand Management, strong cross-functional collaboration, event/partnership management, deep knowledge of the retail ecosystem, analytical performance tracking, and ability to work in a hybrid NYC office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Management with a proven track record of driving physical traffic in a multi-unit retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders from corporate partners to field employees and store managers
- Extensive experience planning and executing retail-focused events and managing external brand partnerships
- Deep understanding of the retail environment, including seasonal promotional calendars and store-level execution challenges
- Analytical skills with ability to track and report marketing performance metrics using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI
- Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and operate a computer
