Retail Marketing Intern

Retail Marketing Intern at Janji in Somerville, MA for 12 weeks. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and ops under the Global Wholesale & Key Account Manager, contributing to system integrity, event strategy and support, asset prep for retail partners ahead of seasonal launches, training materials for partner staff, email campaigns to drive pre-book and sell-in revenue, and the creation of dashboards to track revenue progress and pipeline health. Ideal candidates are excited about a career in the running and outdoor industry, with strong storytelling ability, comfort presenting to external partners, keen awareness of current running and brand/trend culture, and strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities across tools and spreadsheets. Retail experience is a huge plus and there are real opportunities to contribute to revenue growth and go-to-market execution through cross-functional collaboration.
