Job Summary
Retail Marketing Assistant / Brand Ambassador for HVAC services, based in Menomonee Falls, WI, representing Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing inside Home Depot and other local retail locations. Engage customers, promote HVAC services and maintenance offers, generate qualified leads for the sales team, assist with in-store displays and marketing materials, collect customer feedback, and build relationships with store staff. Entry-level role with paid hands-on training, schedule 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday–Saturday, up to 18 hours/week, with flexible weekday shifts and occasional evenings. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license (occasional location travel), ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to stand for extended periods, and weekend availability. Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is nice to have, but not required; opportunity for growth within the company.
