Job Summary
Conduct product demonstrations and interact with potential customers in retail stores to generate high-quality leads for the local office. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while maintaining positive engagement throughout shifts. Work without close supervision but keep the manager informed, ensuring all performance goals are met. Weekend availability is required, with hours and days varying. Compensation includes $18/hour plus commission opportunities, with pay increasing based on performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling are provided.
