Job Summary
Retail Market Operations Trainee in Circle K’s College to Convenience (C2C) program — a year-long development track for recent graduates with four phased rotations that expose you to Marketing, HR, HSE, Finance, and operations, culminating in a Market Manager role. The program kicks off with a national live event in Charlotte, NC, and progresses through hands-on training, shadowing a Market Manager, and increasing responsibilities leading to a small-to-larger territory assignment. Responsibilities for Market Managers include recruiting/training store managers, driving regional revenue growth, setting and tracking regional goals, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, managing budgets and P&L, coordinating between regional offices and HQ, maintaining consistent customer service, and providing recommendations to senior management. The role requires a business degree, strong quantitative/budget skills, leadership, time management, communication, analytical thinking, and retail experience is desirable. The program offers a Total Rewards package, tuition forgiveness/reimbursement, a company car, and accelerated career paths toward Market Manager in nine months.
