Job Summary
Retail Management Training Program role involving hands-on store operations exposure: trainees will shadow, learn, assist, and support Store Management; participate in pricing activities, inventory control, eCommerce ship-to, and HR processes; participate in associate interviewing, store department exposure, and the Associate Recognition program (G.R.O.W.); develop leadership and customer-service skills through practical duties across store operations and training coordination; eligibility for comprehensive benefits after 91 days of full-time employment; relocation assistance available; requires valid driver's license and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
