Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and oversee employee performance and training. Identify, interview, and hire new staff while enforcing personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures. Handle customer issues, ensure product quality and store cleanliness, and manage inventory systems and cash handling. Measure customer satisfaction to improve loyalty scores and maintain mystery shopper standards. Work 45+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including weekends and closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the retail industry
