Retail Manager

Retail Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations on the sales floor, coaching and developing Retail Supervisors, managing staffing and onboarding, driving sales and customer experience, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred, proficiency with MS Office/HRIS, and a high school diploma or GED; prior thrift/retail leadership experience is preferred. The role collaborates with the General Manager and HR to maintain performance, safety, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced thrift-store environment.
