Retail Manager-Part-Time Customer Experience Manager

Deliver a customer centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and leading omnichannel processes. Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance, policy execution, and KPI achievement while coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier). Manage cash reconciliation, inventory processes, and shrink/safety programs; participate in events and cross-train in Custom Framing to deliver high-quality framing solutions where applicable. Maintain positive customer interactions, train and develop team members, and support store operations including truck unloading, stocking, and adherence to store policies. This is a part-time Retail Manager role based in Springfield, IL with evening/nights and weekend hours expected.
