Job Summary
Lead store operations as Retail Manager - Operations in Saratoga Springs, NY, overseeing inventory, merchandising, and service standards. Manage scheduling, SOP/compliance adherence, KPI attainment, and a team to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting truck unload/stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel processes, shrink/safety programs, performance management, and Talent Development; act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and foster positive guest interactions while upholding company values and asset protection. Cross-train in Custom Framing operations, participate in training/coaching, and ensure execution of merchandise operations and store standards.
