Job Summary
Supervise and train employees on sorting and pricing donations while ensuring quality control standards are met. Lead your team in maintaining excellent customer service and managing product display across various Licking and Knox County Goodwill locations. Work flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Travel to other retail locations within Knox County and Utica if required. Required Qualifications
- Have ample experience in retail management
- Have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must have open availability
- Valid driver's license
- Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to refill Propane tanks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
