Job Summary
Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm while leading your team to sort and price donations. Ensure quality control standards are met and maintain exceptional customer service across various Licking County stores. Learn to fill propane tanks for customers and travel to other retail locations within the county. This role requires ample retail management experience, a passion for working with people with disabilities, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. You must have a valid driver's license and open availability to work flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Have ample experience in retail management
- Have a passion for working with people with disabilities
- Have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display
- Have exceptional customer service
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule

- Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations

- Valid driver's license
- Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
- Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
