Job Summary
Lead and train store teams at multiple Knox/Licking County Goodwill locations; supervise and develop employees, manage donations sorting and pricing, ensure quality control, and deliver excellent customer service with a flexible schedule. Travel between Mount Vernon, Fredericktown, and Knox/Licking County locations as needed; responsibilities include supervising staff, merchandising and display, and propane refilling while meeting employment requirements (drug screen and background check).
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as in Licking County if needed
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Learn to refill Propane tanks
