Job Summary
Retail Manager in Training for Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, overseeing store operations in Newark, OH. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees with enthusiasm and understanding, leading and teaching the team to sort and price donations, ensuring quality control standards, maintaining flexible scheduling with availability for all shifts including holidays, evenings and weekends, and travelling to Knox and Licking County locations as needed. Requires valid drivers license, willingness to travel to multiple Knox/Licking County sites, pre-employment drug screen and background check, and ability to learn propane tank refilling. Required Qualifications
