Retail Manager in Training Full Time

The Salon Director in Training helps drive store performance, fosters superior client service, and maintains operational excellence to meet or exceed productivity goals. This individual will manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals and will lead by example in all company operations. Responsibilities include monitoring daily salon operations, leading by example to create a client-centric experience, coaching and training Team Members, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with top-line revenue and expenses, ensuring proper staffing for productivity and customer service, and managing labor costs. Must be able to work nights and weekends and follow a 5-day schedule (~35–45 hours). Required experience includes management and/or sales, with beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to manage in a fast-paced environment, coach and mentor, and prioritize/delegate.
