Retail Manager in Training Full Time

The Salon Director in Training drives store performance through leadership of Tanning Consultants, delivering a client-centric experience, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring daily salon operations, coaching and developing team members, generating sales reports, managing inventory, and assisting with top-line revenue and expense control. The role requires establishing goals for staff, ensuring a professional and clean salon environment, and maintaining staffing levels for optimal productivity and customer service. Must be able to work nights and weekends and handle a 5-day schedule of approximately 35 to 45 hours per week (hourly or salary status). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, delegate, coach, and mentor. Physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning duties typical of a salon environment.
