Job Summary
Salon Director in Training role supporting Sun Tan City in Fitchburg, WI. Responsible for driving store performance, delivering a client-centric experience, supervising Tanning Consultants, coaching and developing staff, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, controlling labor costs, and assisting with top-line revenue. Requires management or sales experience, ability to work nights and weekends, and a 5-day schedule (approximately 35–45 hours).
