Retail Manager in Training Full Time

Salon Director in Training drives store performance, delivers a client-centric experience, and maintains operational excellence. Manages and supervises Tanning Consultants to meet company goals, coaches and mentors team members, generates sales reports, maintains inventory, and helps control top-line revenue and labor costs. Maintains a professional, clean salon environment, establishes goals for Team Members, and leads by example in operations and customer service. Requires leadership and/or sales experience, strong customer service skills, ability to coach and mentor, and the capacity to work nights and weekends within a 5-day, 35–45 hour workweek. The role emphasizes people leadership, sales capability, operational discipline, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
