Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment while leading by example to meet personal sales expectations. Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance. Maintain a professional, impeccably clean environment and assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue, expenses, and labor costs. Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity. Work nights and weekends as needed within a 5-day week of 35 to 45 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
