Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment while leading Tanning Consultants to achieve sales and productivity goals. Maintain an impeccably clean facility, establish clear objectives for team members, and provide coaching to improve daily performance. Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with controlling top-line revenue and labor costs. Work nights and weekends within a 5-day week of 35 to 45 hours. Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
