Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily salon operations while leading Tanning Consultants to meet sales and productivity goals. Maintain an impeccably clean environment, establish clear objectives, and provide coaching to improve team performance. Generate sales reports, control labor costs, and assist the Salon Director in managing top-line revenue and expenses. Work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting, maintaining proper staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
