Retail Manager in Training Full Time - Madison West

Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an impeccably clean space. Lead by example to foster superior client service, establish clear goals for Team Members, and provide coaching to improve daily performance. Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses. Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity while controlling labor costs. Work nights, weekends, and a 5-day week of approximately 35 to 45 hours. Support the company's mission to help clients look good, feel good, and build confidence within a positive, family-owned environment.
