Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment while leading Tanning Consultants to meet sales and productivity goals. Maintain an impeccably clean facility, establish clear objectives for team members, and provide coaching to improve daily performance. Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist in controlling top-line revenue and labor costs. Work nights and weekends within a 5-day week of 35 to 45 hours. Join a family-owned tanning chain with over 250 locations, fostering a positive culture where clients build confidence through trusted relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
- Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status
- Proof of identity and legal work authorization
