The Salon Director in Training will drive store performance and client service in a fast-paced tanning-salon setting, supervising Tanning Consultants to meet company goals while modeling leadership and accountability. Responsibilities include monitoring daily salon operations, coaching and training team members, generating sales reports and managing inventory, supporting top-line revenue and expense control, and maintaining an exceptional client experience. The role requires leading by example to achieve personal sales targets, establishing clear goals for staff, ensuring a clean, professional salon environment, and coordinating staffing for optimal productivity.
