Job Summary
Salon Director in Training role focused on driving store performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsible for supervising Tanning Consultants, coaching staff, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with top-line revenue and expenses, and ensuring staffing supports productivity and service goals. Lead by example to create a client-centric environment, uphold a professional and clean salon, set clear goals for team members, provide ongoing training and feedback, and contribute to achieving productivity targets while managing labor costs. Requires ability to work nights and weekends, and a typical 5-day schedule (35–45 hours).
Required Qualifications
- Management experience or Sales experience required
- Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week
- Ability to supervise and coach Team Members
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to monitor daily operations and drive client experience
