Job Summary
Salon Director in Training role within Sun Tan City/GLOW Brands; responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, coaching and supervising Tanning Consultants, driving client-centric service, achieving sales targets, managing staffing and expenses, maintaining a clean and professional salon, generating sales reports, and supporting leadership in revenue growth. Requires retail management experience, strong customer service, leadership abilities, and availability to work nights and weekends; 5-day week, 35–45 hours, with benefits including health options, PTO, 401(k), daily pay, and employee discounts.
