Job Summary
The Salon Director in Training role at Sun Tan City (Glow Brands) focuses on driving store performance, delivering a client-centric experience, and supervising Tanning Consultants. Responsibilities include monitoring daily salon operations, coaching and training team members, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, controlling labor costs, and ensuring excellent customer service while working nights and weekends on a 5-day schedule (approximately 35-45 hours/week).
