Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment, leading by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations. Maintain an impeccably clean salon while establishing clear goals for Team Members and providing coaching to improve daily performance. Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses. Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity while managing labor costs. Work nights and weekends in a 5-day week with 35 to 45 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
